1. Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (GMT), Monday–Friday are programmed, packed and dispatched the same working day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends dispatch the next working day. Custom-branded orders add 2–3 working days for proofing and printing.
2. Delivery methods and costs

Delivery aims are not guarantees; couriers may extend peak periods.
3. Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You will receive tracking information by email when your order dispatches.
4. Multiple locations / split orders
Bulk orders going to multiple addresses are split at no extra charge — add the breakdown in your order notes or contact us.
5. Missing or delayed deliveries
If tracking shows no movement for 3 working days, contact [EMAIL] with your order number. We will chase the courier and, if needed, send a replacement. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace or refund in full.
6. Customs (international)
International orders may incur customs or import charges set by the destination country; these are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
After pasting all four: link them in the footer (Appearance → Menus → your footer menu or the footer’s Policies links), and add a line to your checkout footer if you wish. Your Contact page + these four complete the legal block for launch.
