How does the review card actually work?
Each product carries a genuine NFC chip and a dynamic QR code, pre-programmed with your Google review link before dispatch. Customers tap the card with their phone (or scan the QR) and your review form opens instantly — no app, no searching for your business.
Will it work on every phone?
Yes — every iPhone from the 7 onwards and effectively all recent Androids. The QR code on the back covers anything unusual: any camera app opens it.
Do I need an app or a subscription?
No. One-time payment, unlimited taps, no monthly fees — ever. The card is yours for life.
How do I choose which review link goes on the card?
Use the "Search for your business" tool on any product page — type your business name, pick your listing, and we generate your direct review link and attach it to your order automatically. You can also paste a link in the order notes at checkout.
Can I change the review link later?
Yes. The QR code is dynamic, so it can be reprogrammed to a new link at any time without reprinting — useful if you move listings or switch platforms.
Can I put my logo on the products?
Absolutely — custom branding is included on our custom range. Upload your artwork with your order (any product with the "Require logo upload" option) and we email a free digital proof before printing.
Can I have different links on different cards?
Yes — perfect for franchises and agencies. Add a note at checkout or contact us with a spreadsheet of locations and links, and each item ships programmed to its own listing.
How fast is delivery?
Orders before 2pm on working days dispatch the same day, with free Royal Mail Tracked 24® next-working-day delivery across the UK. Custom-branded orders add 2–3 working days for proofing and printing.
What if my card stops working?
Every product carries a lifetime warranty against faults. If a chip or QR code fails, we replace it — just contact us with your order number.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes — asking for genuine reviews is explicitly encouraged by Google. What is not allowed is buying or faking reviews; our products simply make asking effortless. Reviews must be real.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes — bundle discounts on the product pages cover smaller quantities, and our Bulk Orders page has trade pricing, account management and white-label options for resellers.
What is your returns policy?
Standard items: 14-day cancellation from delivery. Custom-programmed and custom-printed items are exempt once production has begun, as the law allows. Faulty items are always replaced or refunded.
