No. The built-in NFC chip works with any recent iPhone or Android — customers just tap and your review page opens instantly.
Can I change the review link later?
Yes. The dynamic QR code can be reprogrammed any time from your account, so the same card keeps working even if your listing changes.
Is there a monthly fee?
Never. Every product is a one-time payment with unlimited taps and no subscription.
Can I add my logo to the cards?
Yes — most products can be printed with your logo and brand colours. Upload your artwork at checkout or email it after ordering and we will send a free digital proof.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, with free next-day delivery across the UK. Custom-branded orders add 2–3 working days.
